2026 Mount Prospect Survey
Each year since 2015, strategic planning has been a priority for our organization and community, and we have made considerable progress in the past 11 years. As part of this strategic approach, we issue a community survey every three years asking residents to share their thoughts on the Village’s services and performance. The information you provide will be used to advance our efforts to be a high-performance organization with exceptional customer service. The threshold mission of our Village government is to “Advance Our Community’s Collective Quality of Life and Potential through Adaptive Leadership and Leading-Edge Service Delivery”.
We’ve teamed up with ETC Institute, a consulting firm that specializes in community outreach, to assist us with conducting this Community Survey. We hope that you will take some time from your busy schedule to tell us how the Village is doing. Your answers will help the Village provide the services that are most needed and plan for the future. We can promise you that your voice will be heard.
As mentioned above, ETC Institute is the Village’s official consultant administering the Community Survey, so they will not ask you for any personal information, other than basic demographic questions and your address (to verify that only one response per household is submitted and to help aggregate responses geographically). Your responses will be kept confidential, and the results will be reported in group form only (not by individual response). We will publish the results of the survey online and will present the findings to the Village Board in the first quarter of 2027. You can view past year’s survey results here.
